I was fortunate to visit again after three months. It was a private reservation for an acquaintance, but I truly enjoyed the wonderful series of dishes and watching Mr. Furuta work efficiently. I'm glad to see that the owner has recovered well after her foot surgery. The dishes were perfect for summer. The spring rolls featured sweetfish and clams, which not only captured the season but also gave a taste of the Chubu region. It was a great meal!
