It's been six months since my last visit to Shokudou Aca, and my expectations were as high as ever. The dishes often incorporate wood-fired elements, which adds a wonderful aroma, and the vinegar sauces are incredibly delicious. Today's bocadillo featured fried Spanish mackerel, and it was excellent. As always, I happily finished with a Basque cheesecake to take home. It was a great meal!
