I visited Sushi Meino with my usual group. This place truly stands out with its atmosphere and ambiance. The women here create a refined environment. Both the atmosphere of the restaurant and the sushi prepared by Mei are beautifully delicate. The kohada (gizzard shad) fry was just right as always. Despite the challenges of the season, the tuna was beautifully presented. The akau (red sea urchin) and sanma (mackerel pike) were also excellent. Additionally, the appetizers like flounder and botan shrimp had a lovely taste. I’ve been to many places, but there’s truly no other restaurant that offers such a beautiful space and exquisite sushi. It was a great meal.
