It has become quite a popular restaurant, and it's been a while since my last visit. I noticed that there are many more apprentices now. The food is consistently delicious, but today I was surprised by the presentation of the hassun (seasonal appetizer). They used a hoozuki (Chinese lantern plant) as a dish, which was a style I hadn't seen before. According to Onozawa-san, this was a common practice in the past at various restaurants. My grandmother also enjoyed two different types of dishes and was very satisfied. It was a great meal!
