This was my regular visit to Ao. As always, I was impressed by the wonderfully creative dishes that highlighted the flavors of the ingredients. Today's fish was black rockfish, which was delicious. The aged potatoes were also good, but I was particularly surprised by the duck radish served with Tajima beef. It had a texture like pudding... it was fantastic!
