It's been a while since my last visit. This restaurant was once awarded three Michelin stars, but they decided to give it up for now, at least until the end of this year, as they haven't made any plans for next year. It's truly a wonderful place. Today, the Japanese cuisine featured a spring theme with plenty of creative elements, leaving me feeling completely satisfied. The final rice dish was Koshihikari rice from before the improvements, and it was incredibly delicious. To be honest, I hope they continue this next year, even if it means taking more days off.
