I was looking forward to visiting Seto! The main purpose, of course, was this dish. This time, I joined with a group of seven. Thanks to the regulars, we received various services, which was very much appreciated. The unaju (grilled eel over rice) had a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, yet the eel was thick and substantial. It was incredibly delicious. I truly felt that this place is in a league of its own. I was also happy that the owner remembered me. It was a delightful experience.
