This was my first visit to the renowned Chinese restaurant "Hinotori" in Osaka, and it was fantastic. The cold appetizers at the beginning had a subtle flavor but were well-seasoned and delicious. Then, the dishes took a dramatic turn with the introduction of curry flavors, and the soup featured Chinese matsutake mushrooms. They used a lot of chili peppers, but it wasn't overly spicy; the umami was excellent! The yogurt dessert at the end was incredibly tasty as well. This place is definitely a reason to visit Osaka. It was a great meal!
