I finally had the opportunity to visit "Shumoku Cho Shimizu" after receiving an invitation. My expectations were very high, and the experience exceeded them. I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing ayu (sweetfish) from Gifu, which is the hometown of Mr. Shimizu. Although this restaurant is well-known in Nagoya, I believe it deserves recognition on a national level as one of the best. It reminded me of the emotional experiences I had at Matsukawa, Kataori, and Hoshino. I strongly recommend visiting this place if you get the chance. It was a great meal. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the person sitting next to me was a classmate from high school in Nagoya. What a coincidence!
