I was invited by a knowledgeable friend to visit this restaurant. I had heard the rumors, but the heat and seasonings, combined with Chef Miyatani's skills, elevated everything to an incredible level. The signature dish, the swan, was impressive, but the level of the Peking duck was on a whole different scale... I was truly amazed. By the way, the Peking duck ramen at the end was absolutely fantastic!
