I was fortunate enough to be invited to a very rare seat, and this is my visit. This week marks my fifth experience with Japanese cuisine, with sushi being the only one left. While many restaurants tend to feel similar, this top-tier establishment truly showcases its individuality, allowing me to enjoy the experience without any issues. The flavor of the sushi and the vegetable jelly were delightful! I encountered a variety of ingredients like abalone, rockfish, red snapper, and sweetfish, all of which were incredibly delicious. I was curious about what was at the back of the restaurant, and it turned out to be a charcoal grill, creating a lovely irori (traditional Japanese hearth). The charcoal style definitely enhances the flavor. Moreover, the clam soup was unbelievably delicious... it truly lives up to its reputation. It was a wonderful meal, and I look forward to finding another opportunity to visit.
