I finally managed to visit Takamura after struggling to find the right timing. I was very satisfied to enjoy the grilled neck skin of Hinai chicken. Mr. Takamura's stories were also very entertaining, making my last meal in Akita truly exceptional. I invited friends from Oita and Kansai, and I'm glad they all enjoyed it. It was a great meal!
