I visited the Usui-san counter in the basement after a while. As always, the quality is high, and I can confidently return here because the rice is delicious. Today, the standout items were the Isaki, mackerel, and tuna. The tuna had a fragrant aroma and was not overly fatty, evoking the flavors of early summer. I also ordered some ohagi and ankimo rolls.
