I was brought here by a regular customer for my first visit. The place isn’t bad, but the broth in the soup had a somewhat clumsy impression. Some of the other dishes were a bit too salty for my taste, and the prices felt a little high. Overall, I left satisfied after my visit. The Miyagi Blue Crab and Okra Salad had a strong broth flavor that felt heavy. The Awaji Sea Bream and Mitsuba dish was particularly disappointing. The broth was too strong and masked the delicate flavor of the sweet bream. The Shima Ebi, Abalone, and Akou were well-prepared. The Shima Ebi was marinated in kombu, enhancing its sweetness. It was delicious and skillfully done. The raw Konko and new onion somen was the highlight of the day. The somen was thicker and chewy, providing a new texture experience. It had a slightly cold noodle-like bite, and the grated new onion paired perfectly, making it enjoyable to eat.The grilled eel with salt and sweet peppers was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was just right. The fried rock oyster from Maizuru and green beans were a bit disappointing. I prefer my fried food crispy, but the sauce made it soggy. The clam and red eggplant simmered dish was confusing; it seemed to emphasize only the bitterness of the clam. The rice with Shamo chicken, Koshiabura, and bamboo shoots was well-cooked, and the balance of ingredients made me want a second helping. The Miyazaki Mango and Kochi Dekopon with wasanbon cream were a perfect match, offering a gentle sweetness that was delightful.
