During my trip to Akita, I absolutely wanted to visit this Italian restaurant.It was a parade of Akita ingredients! The delicious dishes, infused with the farmers' passion, were simple yet meticulously crafted, and everything was incredibly tasty.As I listened to the stories behind the ingredients during the explanations, I felt even more grateful for the produce. I wanted to savor every single piece of the beautifully arranged vegetables without leaving anything behind.Since the ingredients were local, it was refreshing and interesting to hear about unfamiliar place names and brands.I truly enjoyed the flavors of Akita's ingredients, and by the end, I had heartwarming conversations that made the experience even better.The hospitality was top-notch, so I was completely satisfied with everything!It was a great meal!
