Course Duration: 2 HoursI visited Ji-Cube for the first time in a while, and it was my first experience sitting at the counter. I realized that every dish was at a high level, and to my surprise, the entire course was completely different from my last visit. I learned that they ensure no dishes are repeated, which is a unique feature of the counter experience. It seems that the private rooms have some rotation as well. The sweetfish and corn were perfect for early summer, and I was delighted to see them on the menu. Additionally, the smoked duck had a memorable aroma. The Unpairou had a gentle spiciness, while the Mapo Eggplant had a curry flavor. Each dish used familiar ingredients, yet they were elevated to the highest level of taste. With such a variety, I believe it’s definitely worth coming back for more.
