Thank you for always providing great service. The photo shows the usual course, but since the same menu is never served twice, it can be hard to interpret what is considered "usual." Since it's midsummer, the crab marinated in Shaoxing wine, rolled sushi, and mozuku seaweed were all incredibly chilled, truly capturing the essence of the season. The beef cheek, eel, and sea urchin sandwich was a unique experience, with the sea urchin playing a cheesy role. The spinach dan dan noodles for the finale were something I had never seen before and were outstanding. I look forward to my next visit!
