During my visit to a valued client in Kashihara, I had the pleasure of dining with them at this restaurant.The meal was so delicious that it left me almost speechless. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed dishes like roast beef, beef tongue sashimi, and a sandwich with fried tenderloin, along with a steak made from aged meat with mold. The corn rice to finish off the meal was also outstanding.The photos show the A4 grade meats we had today. They intentionally choose A3 to A4 grades to avoid overly rich fat, which allowed us to savor every last bite. Each dish was exquisite, and the hospitality from the staff was exceptional. It was a great meal!
