Every time I eat here, it’s absolutely amazing. The shirayaki (grilled eel) even came with sweet crab on top. I can’t choose between the unaju (eel box) and the shirayaki; both are incredible. The shirayaki allows you to savor the pure flavor of the eel, while the unaju has a perfect grilling technique and a delicious sauce that pairs wonderfully with the rice. I definitely want to come back!
