Upon looking at the menu, I was immediately excited by the variety of dishes and the delicious-sounding ingredients. Each plate showcases a diverse selection of seasonal ingredients, all presented at an impressively high level, which was truly surprising. It's remarkable that this quality continues all the way to the desserts. I can only imagine how challenging it must be to come up with such a range of dishes using seasonal ingredients twice a month, from sourcing to preparation. I have great respect for the hard work involved. The service and conversation were enjoyable, making for a very comfortable atmosphere.
