It's easy to eat and incredibly tasty.Egg omelet:Fluffy and packed with dashi flavor.The soba noodles have a perfect texture and aroma.I enjoyed the side dishes with Heartland beer and Japanese sake.There are several brands of sake from Sado Island in Niigata Prefecture.This is a must-visit establishment for solo diners.The calm atmosphere is simply the best.
