To keep the amount of Horumon low, we ordered a la carte! Orders: - Kimchi Platter - Avocado Kimchi - Omasum Sashimi - Premium Tongue - Liver - Outside Skirt - Cubed Lean Meat - Tail - Yukke Grill - Premium Loin - Rib Gata - Hanging Tender - Tongue Tip (Salt & Miso) - Gom Tang Soup - Rice The quality of the meat was excellent, but what stood out even more was the seasoning! Even with the same salt or sauce, the seasoning was adjusted perfectly for each type of meat, preventing monotony and keeping it enjoyable! Additionally, they served us tail, which was not on the menu, and it was rich and delicious! The counter seating on the first floor provided a lively atmosphere, and the speed of service was quick, making it enjoyable to watch! I was informed that due to redevelopment in 2028, reservations for the next visit cannot be made yet, but they plan to prioritize reservations for those who have visited once they have a clearer timeline! I have a few more visits planned, so I’m looking forward to the next one!
