You need to press the intercom to enter, so it can be a bit confusing for first-timers! 【Order】 Course JPY 24,000 (Tax excluded) - 7 Skewers - 5 Side Dishes - 5 Types of Takikomi Gohan (seasoned rice) - 2 Desserts The skewers are made with Takasaka chicken and Takahara Hinai chicken, grilled over wood, resulting in crispy skin and juicy meat cooked to perfection! The side dishes included a delicious wood-grilled toast that paired well with the chicken rillettes! The pickled daikon was refreshing and served as a palate cleanser, and they offered more when it ran low. The wood-grilled takikomi gohan featured chicken soboro grilled generously over wood, and the use of a clay pot with charcoal added a wonderful aroma! The serving size was small, allowing for flavor variations and second helpings, so I was able to try all 5 types! The cost of JPY 24,000 (tax excluded) feels a bit high when adding drinks, totaling around JPY 30,000, but the satisfaction level was high! I was able to make a reservation for my next visit when settling the bill, and they mentioned availability in August 2028, indicating its popularity with a two-year wait!
