I received an invitation saying, "I made a reservation!" First, the consomme soup was shockingly delicious. Next came the sashimi and grilled dishes. Each one had the perfect balance of seasoning and cooking! Moreover, the bread that was served midway was incredibly tasty, made with bread from a nearby bakery. (Though this is a matter of personal preference, I would have preferred to eat the final solire with just salt.) The portions were larger than I expected, and I usually order extra, but I was so full that I couldn’t this time... haha. The grill chef was a woman, and her attention to detail made for a truly wonderful experience. If I have the chance, I would love to visit again!
