From the very first sea urchin, I was blown away. Each dish was crafted with carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods, but I particularly enjoyed the firefly squid paired with wasabi bread and the sweetfish crepe, which perfectly matched my taste. For the main course, I had the beef sirloin. Normally, sirloin gives me heartburn, but this time, thanks to the delicious sauce, I enjoyed it without any discomfort. The side of potatoes was made from ones that had been stored under the snow in Hokkaido for two years to enhance their sweetness. They were crispy on the outside and melted in my mouth, tasting wonderfully sweet like sweet potatoes. Additionally, I received some bread and sweets as souvenirs, allowing me to savor the experience even the next day.
