It’s about a 20-minute walk from Umeda Station. I visited again after 7 months. This place remains as popular as ever, and it seems like reservations are getting harder to come by.We enjoyed:- Buffalo milk panna cotta with peach and 36-month aged Parmesan- Sawara (Spanish mackerel), botan shrimp, scallops, and seasonal vegetables- Classic potato dish- Grilled risotto with corn and hairy crab- Freshly squeezed corn juice- Mr. Tada's 24-month aged prosciutto- Buffalo mozzarella salad- Tortafritta- Peperoncino with bonito and karasumi (dried mullet roe)- Venison and beef fillet- Tagliatelle with fried eggplant, tomato sauce, basil paste, and unlimited Parmigiano- Lime-marinated watermelon and Okinawan mango- Tiramisu- Herbal tea with rose geraniumSince it had been a while since my last visit, I found many new dishes that I hadn’t tried before, which was exciting. The classic potato dish and Mr. Tada's prosciutto were just as delicious as I remembered. The corn was particularly sweet and tasty, which left a strong impression.I appreciated that they served two types of main dishes, allowing us to share or choose our favorites, which added to the comfort of the experience. This is a cozy place where you can enjoy delicious food with peace of mind. I look forward to visiting again in a different season.
