JulyI especially love summer.Sushi Ikkou's summer offerings are great, and the water shellfish is delicious.The Kasugo was also quite impressive, and I was surprised by the Shima-aji that followed. Unfortunately, the sweetfish was from Gifu due to bad weather.Even local shops weren't catching sweetfish.I’ve come to realize once again that the sweetfish from the southern region is truly delicious.
