This restaurant is notoriously hard to book. I’ve wanted to go for a year now. On a whim, I checked the reservation system and found two spots available for 8 PM that same day! It was just an hour and a half before, so I booked it right away. What a lucky find!I arrived 20 minutes early, but couldn’t enter until the designated time. By 8 PM, a crowd had gathered outside. I secured a counter seat, and a female staff member took my order. She recommended the top-quality hanging tender and outside skirt. The thick cuts of meat were wild and incredibly delicious! It’s definitely a must-try.Unfortunately, they were out of the premium tongue and thick-cut tongue.I also enjoyed the colon, horumon, lower tongue, and mountain chain tripe, all of which were tasty.If I had to nitpick, the rice portion was a bit small. With such thick meat, I’d love a generous serving of fluffy white rice. I want to go back, but who knows when that will be…
