It had been three years since my last visit, and I had so much to catch up on with the owner while enjoying some appetizers, including delicious mountain wasabi and squid. I noticed a young couple visiting for the first time, looking a bit nervous in the unique atmosphere, so I decided to strike up a conversation with them. The sake produced by a brewery in Maebashi City, Hokkaido, was delightful. As always, the sushi had a subtle airiness that indicated its perfect aging. \(//∇//\)
