Everything from the appetizers to the rice was perfect. The fish had no unpleasant odor and a smooth texture, showcasing the careful preparation. All the vegetables were sweet, and the rice had its own sweetness as well. I now understand why this popular restaurant is so hard to book. I will definitely visit again.
