I visited the renowned Hatsunezushi in Kamata. Although the head chef was in Italy, the young chefs who prepared the sushi exceeded my expectations with their skills. The meticulous craftsmanship of authentic Edomae sushi shone through, and the rice was cooked using a BBQ grill, showcasing their dedication. The texture was excellent, and the harmony with the toppings was remarkable. The Ikikuni tuna and kohada were exquisite, while the bonito was the most memorable dish of the day. After the meal, we moved to the second floor, where we could leisurely enjoy dessert in a calm atmosphere, which was a delightful touch. For just JPY 8,800, the cost performance was astonishing. I definitely want to return to this outstanding restaurant.
