I visited "LAT.34°N by Ao" in Atami, Ajiro.This French restaurant uses the finest ingredients carefully selected from all over the country. The dishes, which maximize the natural flavors of the ingredients, were truly delicious from start to finish.The recommended lobster risotto was exceptional. The rich umami of the lobster infused beautifully into the rice, creating a unique aroma and taste.The gratin made with two-year-aged snow room potatoes and the Izu Amagi chicken showcased a remarkable attention to detail in every dish.It was a French dining experience that makes me want to return, even if it means traveling to Atami again.
