I visited Suzaki Shokuryohin Ten, rumored to be the world's number one udon shop!It was a weekday morning at 9 AM, and I arrived right when they opened. There was a bit of a line, but I got my bowl in about 10 minutes!They only offer two types of udon: cold or hot.I went for the cold small udon with chikuwa tempura and a raw egg topping!I drizzled some soy sauce over it and enjoyed it outside!The texture is incredible! The elasticity is amazing! So delicious!The cold udon really highlights the firmness.The chikuwa tempura is also tasty. Mixing in the raw egg makes it even better! So good!! The total was JPY 475. What a great price!It was a great meal!
