This was my fifth visit! I always enjoy the best tempura here and leave completely satisfied, but this time I had the pleasure of trying the rock oyster for the first time. Its rich umami flavor was concentrated and incredibly juicy! For the finale, I usually go for the tempura rice bowl, but this time I chose the tempura of mentaiko (spicy cod roe) with rice. The rare mentaiko melted in my mouth, and its saltiness and umami made me eat a lot of rice!
