I made a reservation and visited for the first time.I sat at the counter with an open kitchen view.Prefix Course:- Mozzarella Cheese with Miyazaki Mango ☆☆- Bread ☆☆- Olives and Dried Tomatoes ☆☆- Mortadella with Fennel ☆☆- German White Asparagus with Scrambled Eggs and Summer Truffle ☆☆- Gazpacho ☆- Kamogawa Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper) with Saffron and Sansho ☆☆☆- Green Pea Risotto with Salted Butter ☆☆☆- Yamagata Obanazawa Beef Top Sirloin Steak with Grilled Vegetables ☆☆- Hasegawa's Mushroom Spaghetti ☆☆☆- Dessert (Milky Ice Cream) with CoffeeI had two glasses of white wine, Chenin Blanc.The white wine was so delicious that I ordered a second glass.Overall, the level of the dishes was high and everything was very tasty.Especially the latter half of the course was truly impressive.The design of the dishes was lovely, showcasing great taste.The top sirloin steak had an additional charge, but it was generous in portion and cooked perfectly.The mushroom spaghetti was fragrant and delicious.Considering the number of seats and the prefix course, I felt that the operation might be a bit challenging, but it was interesting to see how they managed to pull it off.I think it would be beneficial for the younger staff to receive more detailed instructions rather than just working quietly.
