In July 2026, I was invited to a private gathering at SAWADA in Fukushima, Osaka, to celebrate their 3rd anniversary.We sat at the counter and toasted with Japanese sake.Every dish was as wonderful as always, but the conger eel, Kishu duck soup, and ayu ramen were exceptionally delicious! And the sake pairing by the owner was simply the best!
