I visited this restaurant alone.I enjoyed a leisurely JPY 5000 course at the counter.I also had the chance to try various types of Akita Japanese sake, served in half servings.The tempura vegetables prepared by the chef were particularly delightful—light and refreshing, with different salts for each ingredient, making it the best.The soba to finish off was delicious, so I ordered an extra serving.Thank you for a wonderful evening in Akita. It was a great meal.
