This place is situated in a new building in Eiraku-cho, which houses many restaurants run by the now-famous star chefs. As expected from Numata. Numata is handsome and refreshing. His movements are graceful, and his work is impeccable. He skillfully fries the tempura. It's so popular that I can only visit a few times a year, but I look forward to each visit.
