I regularly stay here, and this time I spent two nights at Shokusai Ishikura. The menu changes with the seasons, but the food is always delicious and satisfying without exception. The atmosphere of the dining area is wonderful, especially when dining by the riverside, where the sound of the flowing water creates a calming experience.Having visited so many times and always feeling satisfied, I believe this ryokan is truly unparalleled in every aspect. It's rare for me to give a ryokan a perfect score of 5.0, but I feel this place deserves nothing less.
