I made a reservation at a highly-rated sushi restaurant in Kamata and finally got to visit. We toasted with a beer as soon as we were seated. It was heartwarming to see the young chefs working hard to ensure that customers enjoy their experience. Of course, the sushi was delicious. They carefully adjusted the temperature for each type of fish, creating a wonderful sensation where the soft rice melted in your mouth, perfectly complementing the toppings. This sushi is truly exceptional for the price. The rice was seasoned with red vinegar, giving it a nice flavor and acidity. While the tuna was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the clam and sea bream. After the meal, we moved to the second floor to relax with dessert and rooibos tea. It was a wonderful way to spend my day off. It was a great meal!
