On a weekday just before 1 PM, I had to wait about 5 minutes.I ordered the two types of soba: Seiro and Inaka Soba with condiments (green onions, wasabi, and spicy daikon) for JPY 2,600, along with a Tamagoyaki for JPY 900. The Inaka Soba was exceptionally delicious. It was my first time trying it with a little salt, and I really enjoyed the wonderful aroma of the soba. The dipping sauce had no sweetness and a strong saltiness, so just a tiny bit on the edge of the soba was more than enough. To fully appreciate the soba's fragrance, I recommend not overdoing the dipping sauce. The Seiro (100% buckwheat) had a great texture and was also delicious. The Tamagoyaki was warm, soft, and very satisfying.
