This is probably my sixth visit. Every time I come here, it’s simply amazing. Their relentless curiosity, the endless creativity, the unwavering dedication, and their incredible love for Chiba Prefecture. Despite having received so many accolades, they remain humble. Truly remarkable people at this restaurant are all humble. No one is complacent. No one is satisfied. They always exceed expectations. I have nothing but respect for them. They always take the time to explain each dish in detail, but what they say and do is so impressive that I can hardly comprehend it (-_-;)I may not fully understand it, but it’s incredibly delicious. That’s my honest impression every time.
