Every time I visit, I am served impeccable dishes. The summer venison is tender and delicious, with a refreshing taste. The ayu (sweetfish) wrapped in pastry is also a memorable dish. While it may seem unfair to compare it to abalone, it is intentionally prepared without the liver. This time, the young male server spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand him. Since this is not a casual izakaya, it is essential to provide a refined and elegant presentation that matches the dishes. Considering this, I have to rate the service quite strictly.
