I visited around 4 PM on a weekday, and there was already one person in line.Since it was my first time, I opted for the Omakase course.For drinks, I had their famous highball, which has an alcohol content of about 14%, making it quite strong.The course included:- Motsu Nikomi (stewed offal)- Tongue stew and tail stew- Chire (sliced raw beef)- Smoked call fat and neck- Grilled tongue- Sliced Omasum- Heart tataki- Teriyaki Fuku (lung)- Tail zosui (rice porridge)Everything was delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the Motsu Nikomi and tail stew.It was a great meal.
