I finally visited the yakitori restaurant I had been longing to try. This time, I was able to sit at the counter where I could see the grilling station right in front of me, which was already quite satisfying. It was enjoyable to eat while watching each skewer being grilled. The yakitori was meticulously prepared, and the standout for me was the liver. The grilling was perfect, and it had a rich flavor that I liked the most this time. I enjoyed all the skewers, including the vegetable ones, until the very end. The finishing touch was the oyakodon, which had wonderfully runny eggs.Overall, while everything was delicious, I felt that the impact of the yakitori itself was stronger at places like Torisawa that I’ve tried before. However, this restaurant offered a delightful experience, especially with the opportunity to watch the grilling process. What I found particularly interesting was the grilling setup. It had a system that effectively sucked in the smoke, so even though they were grilling right in front of me, I hardly felt any smoke. I couldn't help but admire such equipment.I was satisfied to finally visit this restaurant. Next time, I hope to sit at the same spot where I can see the grilling station and enjoy the liver again.
