This yakitori restaurant is run by a young chef from Satoha-tei, using the rare Kousaka chicken.Everything is delicious, and I've been here many times. The chef continuously adds variety to the menu and innovates even with the same skewers, making each visit something to look forward to.The early offerings, like the chicken breast, sashimi, and tsukune, were incredibly tasty, especially since it had been a while since I last enjoyed yakitori.
