A sushi restaurant run by a young and handsome chef. Despite being a bit inconvenient, about a 10-minute walk from Fudomae Station, it's a place I really want to visit again.I went on a Friday at 5:30 PM. You often find older gentlemen accompanied by younger women at good sushi places, and this time was no exception. It's great to see that the bubble generation is still going strong.As for the course, I think you can see the details in the photos, but I felt that the sushi was even more delicious than the last time I visited, and my companion shared the same sentiment. I can't tell what has changed or if anything has changed at all, but there are surprises every time, so it never gets boring.Every dish was outstanding. Thank you!
