Located just a short walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Station, this restaurant has a unique entrance tucked away behind a parking lot. Instead of using charcoal, they grill with firewood, which seems to make the cooking process quite challenging as the flames dance around. However, the yakitori served here is cooked to perfection. Thanks to the firewood, the skewers retain a lot of moisture, making them incredibly juicy. Every skewer was outstanding.Additionally, rice is available as an all-you-can-eat option until it runs out. It’s first come, first served, so I made sure to eat my fill. I truly believe there aren’t many yakitori places that can match this one. It’s simply the best.
