I made a reservation through TableCheck and visited the restaurant. On Saturdays at 8 PM, they operate with an à la carte menu. While some items were sold out, I could order as much as I wanted from my favorites, which was great. Although the premium liver and premium tongue salt were unavailable, the regular tongue salt was incredibly delicious, and the liver, while not in perfect cubes, was of exceptionally high quality. The outside skirt and hanging tender were absolutely divine, and the horumon was consistently tasty. There’s a reason for its popularity. Truly impressive. It was a great meal!
