I finally visited Chinese Sai Guu in Kyoto, and it was worth the wait! The fierce flames and rising steam right in front of me felt like a form of entertainment, making the experience even more enjoyable beyond just the food. The chef's dishes were gentle and delicious, and I would love to visit again. It was a great meal!
